In order to provide our prospective clients with transparency we are happy to be able to provide fixed prices for the most common projects. To assess whether your project meets the criteria for these fees, a phone conversation and your address is usually all we need.

BUILDOVER CONSENT.
If the proposed project is near or over a public sewer, a buildover consent will be required. This will be submitted to the local authority on your behalf with additional sections and plans. (local authority charge not included - the standard fee is £325 and will be paid on your behalf.

*applies to standard buildover consents, more complex proposals will be assessed individually.
PARTY WALL AGREEMENTS.
Should your project require a Party Wall Agreement we can provide the templates free of charge. If you would like us to create them for you we would be happy to do so for the following fee.

BESPOKE ARCHITECTURE.
Many projects fall outside of our standard pricing and in these cases we will always undertake a free site visit and consultation to discuss the project, before creating a custom quote for you. Such projects include:
